Platform GPL11232 Query DataSets for GPL11232
Status Public on Nov 20, 2010
Title A-UMCU-Y16k-1.3
Technology type spotted oligonucleotide
Distribution non-commercial
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Manufacturer Holstege Lab, UMC Utrecht, The Netherlands
Manufacture protocol 1. Oligos are resuspended and adjusted to 10µM in 150mM phosphatebuffer, pH8.5 in Genetix 384-wells plates
2. Array production is done using a Biorobotics MicroGridII spotter located in a low dust cleanroom (ISO7/ downflow ISO5) at 18C, at 48% humidity
3. Slide postprocessing is carried out according to CodeLink protocol: Printed slides are kept at 20C, 75% humidity for 24 hours
4. Residual reactive groups are blocked using pre-warmed blocking solution (50 mM ethanolamine, 0.1 M Tris (pH 9) at 50C for 30 min; slides are rinsed thoroughly with milliQ water; slides are washed with 4x SSC, 0.1% SDS (pre-warmed to 50C) for 30 min at 50C on a shaker
5. Slides are rinsed with milliQ water, centrifuged to dry and stored dessicated at room temperature.
