Hybridization protocol |
Sample cRNA was mixed with reference cRNA and hybridised to SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression 8x60K microarrays . Hybridisation and washing of the array slides was done following the specifications in the Agilent Low Input Quick Amp Labeling protocol.

Scan protocol |
Arrays were scanned on an Agilent High Resolution C scanner and images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction Software (version 10.7)

Data processing |
Fluorescence intensities were converted into log base 10 expression ratio of Cy5 to Cy3 using Feature Extraction software Data was converted into log base 2 expression ratios of Cy3 (sample) to Cy5 (reference) signal.
