Title Terminal nucleotidyl transferases govern secondary siRNA production at distinct steps in plants
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study, we aim at understanding the contributions from TUTases, HESO1 and URT1, in miRNA-targeted secondary siRNA production in Arabidopsis thaliana. We have sequenced small RNAs from various T-DNA insertation single/double/triple mutants and compared their capability of producing ectopic secondary siRNAs from endogenous miRNA targets. The DESeq analysis is also included.

Overall design small RNA seq data from mutant lines (ski2-5, rrp4-2, urt1-1, heso1-4, heso1-1/urt1-1, rrp4-2/urt1-1/heso1-4, rrp4-2/urt1-1/dcl2CRISPR) and a wild type line. All lines are ecotype Col-0. There are three biological triplicates of each sample. The tissue that has been sequences is inflorescences.
