Title |
KELLY, genistein incubation, rep 1 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
KELLY, genistein incubation
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: KELLY
Treatment protocol |
KELLY cells were incubated with a final concentration of 10 µM genistein for 48 h or 1 nM of bafilomycin A1 for 48 h. Genistein and bafilomycin were solved in 1% DMSO; 1% DMSO (final) was used as control.
Growth protocol |
KELLY cells cultured in RPMI1640 medium
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA extraction using Nucleospin-RNA-II (Macherey-Nagel)
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Samples were enzymatically fragmented and biotinylated using the WT Sense Target Labeling Assay (Affymetrix).
Hybridization protocol |
Samples were hybridized with Genechip Human Gene 1.0 ST Arrays using Affymetrix Hybridization Kit.
Scan protocol |
Scanning was performed at the microarray core facility at the Charité, Berlin, Germany (http://lfgc.charite.de/).
Description |
FK_71
Data processing |
Data were processed using Chipinspector software (Genomatix GmbH). Raw data were normalised on the single probe level and subsequent pairwise comparison analyses of the expression values from the experimental condition versus control conditions were performed based on a single-sided permutational t-test analysis. ChipInspector carries out significance analysis on the single probe level. Normalized probe set level data not provided.
