Title Gene Expression profiles of normal and inflamed colon tissues from Nik+/+, NikΔIE
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To investigate the detailed molecular mechanisms for the regulatory role of Nik in colitis, microarray gene expression analysis was performed on colon tissue RNA isolated from 3-month-old untreated control and DSS treated Nik+/+ and NikΔIE mice.

Overall design Global gene expression profiling in colon tissue RNAs isolated from 3-month-old Nik+/+, (n=4; shah026, control; shah028, DSS) and NikΔIE (n=4; shah027, Control; shah029, DSS).
