Title EGFR and EGFRvIII coopt host defense pathways, promoting progression in glioblastoma

Summary To investigate the function of TLR2 in EGFR and EGFRvIII co-expressing glioblastoma cells, we knocked out TLR2 by CRISPR.
 
Overall design We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the cells.
