Summary Wildtype mouse adipose tissue was dissected and subjected to Ago-CLIP sequencing to identify Ago:RNA regulatory sites and RNA sequencing. Adipose tissue from a separate cohort of mice was used for small RNA sequencing.
 
Overall design Ago-CLIP sequencing mRNA sequencing analysis for two types of wildtype mouse adipose tissue and miRNA sequencing analysis for six types of wildtype mouse adipose tissue.
