(Submitter supplied) 1. Oligos are resuspended and adjusted to 10µM in 150mM phosphatebuffer, pH8.5 in Genetix 384-wells plates 2. Array production is done using a Biorobotics MicroGridII spotter located in a low dust cleanroom (ISO7/ downflow ISO5) at 18C, at 48% humidity 3. Slide postprocessing is carried out according to CodeLink protocol: Printed slides are kept at 20C, 75% humidity for 24 hours 4.
