Gene deletion expression profiles of SAGA, TREX2 and Sem1

(Submitter supplied) Evidence indicates that transcription and mRNA export are linked processes. The molecular mechanisms of this coordination are not clear however. Sus1 (hENY2) participates in this coordination as part of two protein complexes: SAGA, a transcriptional co-activator and TREX-2 that functions in mRNA biogenesis and export. (Submitter supplied) 1. Oligos are resuspended and adjusted to 10µM in 150mM phosphatebuffer, pH8.5 in Genetix 384-wells plates 2. Array production is done using a Biorobotics MicroGridII spotter located in a low dust cleanroom (ISO7/ downflow ISO5) at 18C, at 48% humidity 3. Slide postprocessing is carried out according to CodeLink protocol: Printed slides are kept at 20C, 75% humidity for 24 hours 4.
