Trimmed and quality-checked reads were aligned to the GRCm38 mouse reference genome using STAR normalised reads were generated using featureCounts (v1.5.0) differentially expressed genes were then generated using the standard DESeq2 pipeline Assembly: GRCm38/mm10 Supplementary files format and content: .txt data file normalised reads for each sample.
