The cycle threshold (Ct) is defined as the number of cycles required for the fluorescent signal to cross the threshold in qPCR and was quantified using the Sequence Detector System (SDS) software version 2.2.2 (Applied Biosystem, Foster City, CA). The undetermined data were set to the Ct value of 40. Data were normalized data using the mean U6 on each card (4 technical replicates).
