Treatment protocol |
At time zero vehicle or 20 nM T3 suspended in vehicle was added to the water, tails were collected at 48 h (vehicle), 6 h (T3) and 48 h (T3). Tails were removed, and RNA extracted from pools of three tails/array. Three arrays of pooled tails from each treatment were hybridized.
