1 µg of total RNA were used for reverse transcription at 40°C for 2 h, and labeled cRNA were prepared using T7 RNA polymerase with Cy3-labeled CTP at 40°C for 2 h following manufacture's instructions (Agilent Quick Amp Labeling kit).

Hybridization protocol |
Fragmented 1.65 micro g labeled cRNAs with hybridization buffer (Agilent GE hybridization buffer HI-PRM) were applied to microarrays enclosed in Agilent SureHyb-enabled hybridization chambers. After hybridization, slides were washed.

Images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction Software (version 9.1.3.1).

Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v 9.1.3.1) was used for background subtraction. Ln value of background-subtracted signal intensity (gProcessedSignal) divided by median value of filter-passed spots.
