Scan protocol Scanned on an Agilent G2565AA scanner.
Data processing Images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction software (Version 9.5.1). For each intensity signal we required that the signal to noise ratio s > 1, where s is obtained by dividing the background corrected intensity by the standard deviation of the background pixels. Second, we required that the correlation between the mean and the median signal intensities r > 0.85 where r is obtained by dividing the smaller of the mean or median by the larger. Spots that failed to pass these filtering criteria were assigned a reading of zero. Signals that passed were corrected for background intensity and log2 transformed.
