The Chromium Single Cell V(D)J Reagent Kit from 10X genomics were used according to the manufacturer’s protocol. In brief, purified CD8+ T cells were subjected to single cell encapsulation by 10X Chromium Controller, followed by barcoding, reverse transcription for cDNA synthesis, clean up and cDNA amplification and target enrichment from cDNA for subsequent library construction. Library construction followed the protocol of 10X Chromium Single Cell V(D)J Reagent Kit
