Six days after Dox + 4OHT induction, ASZ_RasV12_TGFβR1kd cells were crosslinked and chromatin immunoprecipitation for c-FOS was carried out as described in the methods section of the manuscript. ChIP libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.
