Treatment protocol |
PAECs were treated with with vehicle control (DMSO, Sigma-41639), BRD2889 (1uM) (Broad Institute), as indicated. After exposure to hypoxia for 24 h, the cells were harvested for assay.

Growth protocol |
Pulmonary arterial endothelial cells (PAECs) plated in 6-well cell culture plates at 1X 10^5 cells per well, allowed to grow for 24 h, and the media were then changed to standard media and then the cells were placed into the hypoxia chamber.
