Extraction protocol Ribosome-bound RNA was immunoprecipitated using anti-HA antibody and Dynabeads conjugated to Protein A. Total RNA was obtained with Qiagen RNAeasy Plus Micro kit from an Input aliquot and from the entire immunoprecipitate.
The cDNA was synthesized with SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA Kit. Libraries were constructed with Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit using the cDNA as input.
