Sample GSM3756564 Query DataSets for GSM3756564
Status Public on Feb 23, 2021
Title Ctrl_oDam-rep2
Sample type SRA

Source name midgut
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Characteristics tissue: midgut
age: adult stage day 2
genotype: Wild type
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Drosophila DamID was carried out according to iDamIDseq based on a method from Gutierrez-Triana JA et al.2016
Libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy OTHER
Library source genomic
Library selection other
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing Library strategy: DamID-seq
Illumina Casava1.8 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to BDGP6 genome using Bowtie v1.1.2 with -v 3 -m 1 parameters.
Peaks were called using MACS version 1.4.2 with default parameters.
Genome_build: Ensemble Drosophila melanogaster BDGP6.
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bigwig files were generated using Homer package.
