Status Public on Feb 10, 2009
Title Normal NO029
Sample type RNA

Source name Homo Sapiens
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics disease state: Normal
tissue: kidney
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label R-Phycoerythrin Streptavidin (SAPE), from Molecular Probes, 1 mg/ml ( we use 6 ul per reaction )
Label protocol 10 ug of Qiagen-purified total RNA

Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 7G.
Description Gene expression data from human normal kidney tissue and human kidney tumor tissues.
Data processing The data were analyzed with custom CDF environments created by the MBNI - The version 6 entrez gene ID CDF was used.
