Description |
Tissue from clean specific pathogen free (SPF- derivated of Altered Schaedler flora) C57BL/6 mouse (10-12 weeks) and colonized with P.aeruginosa PA14 disrulted in LasB gene . Mice were sensitized with gluten and cholera toxin for 3 weeks (1 time a week) and challenged with gluten 3 times a week for 3 weeks.
|
Data processing |
After collection, the RCC files that were generated by the digital analyzer and contained the counts of each samples were imported into the nSolver software fo further anlysis. After checking the quality scores for each sample, a Positive Control Normalization and a Reference (Housekeeping) Gene Normalization. was performed for each sample.
