Basecalls performed using bcl2fastq version 2.18 Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to hg19 whole genome using Tophat 2.1.1 Use Cufflinks version 2.1.1 compute the FPKM, use Refseq GTF file to transcript annotations RNA-seq data analysis using Excel to compute the Fold change and p-value.
