|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNAs were extracted from liver samples obtained from conplastic mouse strains (C57BL/6J and C57BL/6J-mtAKR/J), using innuPREP RNA Mini Kit (Analytik Jena) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. RNAs quality was checked using a Bioanalyzer system (Agilent Genomics). RNA sequencing of primary samples was carried out by using oligo-dT beads to enrich molecules with poly-A tails. Libraries were sequenced on a Illumina HiSeq 2500 as 75bp single ended.
