Control and IFT88KD C2C12 myoblasts were cultured in different conditions to achieve different cell cycle states (Proliferating myoblasts (MB):Adherent culture, full growth medium (DMEM+20% FBS); Quiescent myoblasts (G0): Suspension culture, full growth medium (DMEM+20% FBS); Reactivated myoblasts (R2): G0 myoblasts replated after suspenion culture, full growth medium (DMEM+20% FBS); Differentiating myoblasts (D48): 80% confluent myoblasts in adherent culture cultured in Differentiation medium (DMEM +2% NHS) for 48 hours.)
