Sample GSM2140315 Query DataSets for GSM2140315
Status Public on Jun 13, 2017
Title IFC (degradome)
Sample type SRA

Source name tissue: ovary
Organism Zea mays
Characteristics developmental state: before pollination
tissue: ovary
phenotype: incompletely fused carpels (IFC)
Treatment protocol Under non-stress conditions.
Growth protocol Zea mays L. (maize) inbred Yu-A474 plants were grown at a research farm of Henan Agricultural University, Henan Province, China (34º53´N, 113 º35´E, 94 m altitude) under non-stress conditions during June-October 2014.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Retinas were removed, flash frozen on dry ice, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#FC-122-1001) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Library strategy OTHER
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection other
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing Library strategy: degradome-Seq
A proprietary pipeline script, ACGT101-miR v4.2 (LC Sciences), was used for sequencing data analysis (Li et al. 2010; Wei et al. 2011). A Public software package, CleaveLand3.0.1 was used for analyzing Degradome sequencing data.
