Total RNA was extracted from frozen tissue using the Spectrum Plant Total RNA Kit (SIGMA), and subjected to On-Column DNase Digestion (SIGMA). rRNA depletion were carried out with Ribo-Zero™ rRNA Removal Kits (Plant Leaf) from Epicenter.
