Label |
Cy3
Label protocol |
Amplification and labelling was done according to Agilent One-Color Microarray-Based Gene Expression Analysis protocol.
Hybridization protocol |
Hybridized according to Agilent One-Color Microarray-Based Gene Expression Analysis protocol.
Scan protocol |
Array was scanned according to standard Agilent protocol at a resolution of 5 microns modifying default setting to scan the slide twice at two different sensitivity settings (XDRHi 100% and XDRLo 10%)
Description |
Tissue aliquots from the liver tissue were aseptically collected after slaughtering the animal, submerged in RNAlater solution and stored at –80 °C until extraction 22_Bt_B22L_557_1
Data processing |
Data processed with FeatureExtraction v9.5 and normalized using R2.15.0 statistical software. Data from each matrix were analyzed and filtered separately to avoid any bias. Normalized with quantile method; 'blank' (no value) corresponds to probes not considered for the normalization step; null corresponds to missing data from analysis and/or probes (genes) that didn't pass the filtering step.
