Treatment protocol |
MSCs were cultivated for 4 passages in parrallel on TCP, 50 kPa PDMS and 1.5 kPa PDMS.

Growth protocol |
MSCs were cultivated in 10% hPL-Medium at 37°C at humified atmosphere containing 5% carbon dioxide with medium changes twice per week. Passaging was carried out upon 80% confluent growth. MSCs were isolated from lipoaspirates after patient’s written consent using guidelines approved by the Ethic committee of the RWTH Aachen University Medical School (Permit Number EK163/07).
