Title |
Heterogeneity of triple-negative breast cancer |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Heterogeneity of triple-negative breast cancer was examined and compared across morphologic and molecular features
|
|
|
Overall design |
Routine pathologic sections of triple negative breast cancer were examined and cases with highly similar morphologic features were selected for immunohistochemical and gene expression array studies. Data in this table summarizes immunohistochemical scores (0 = negative, 1 = positive) and clinical-pathologic characteristics of the breast cancers evaluated by Illumina DASL microarray analysis.
