Title Transcriptome analysis of wild type, slbd40 and slwrky37 tomato seeds after imbibition.

Summary In order to study the role of SlLBD40 and WRKY37 in seed germination, we established two gene knockout lines respectively.
We then used RNA-seq data from seeds 6 h after imbibition of WT and two gene knockout lines for gene expression profiling.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WRKY37 and SlLBD40 knockout lines and WT seeds after 6h of imbibition.
