Title Human alveolar hydrogels promote morphological and transcriptional differentiation in iPSC-derived alveolar type 2 epithelial cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the role of alveolar extracellular matrix (aECM) hydrogels on iPSC-derived alveolar type 2 epithelial cell (iAT2) morphological and transcriptional differentiation

Overall design We analyzed RNA collected from iAT2s grown in two different densities of aECM hydrogels (8mg/mL and 30mg/mL) compared to Matrigel at Day 4 and Day 8
