Title Exercise reprograms the inflammatory landscape of multiple stem cell compartments during mammalian aging IV
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To gain insight into the mechanisms by which exercise affects the muscle stem cell compartment, we subjected young and old mice to aerobic exercise and performed single cell transcriptome analysis of mononucleated cells from hindlimb muscles of these animals.

Overall design Total mononucleated cells were isolated from hindlimb muscles of exercised or control young (4-month old) and old (22-month old) mice and processed for single cell RNA-seq.
