Title Transcriptome profilng of hMSC-hTERT20 cells undergoing osteogenic differentiation

Summary Long non-coding RNAs are emerging as key regulators of development and differentiation. In this study, we profiled TERT-immortalized human mesenchymal stromal cells (hMSC-hTERT20) cells undergoing osteogenic differentiation at 3 time points. We have identified expressed mRNAs and lncRNAs at each stage of differentiation.
 
Overall design Transcriptome profiling was performed on hMSC-hTERT20 cells during osteogenic differentiation at days 0, 7 and 14.
