Title |
Whole larval transcriptional changes due to nlrc3l deficiency in larval zebrafish. |
Organism |
Danio rerio |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We conducted a whole genome transcriptome analysis to examine significant gene expression changes in whole zebrafish larvae at 4 dpf between nlrc3l st73 mutants compared with their control siblings.
|
|
|
Overall design |
RNAseq dataset from pooled 10-12 whole larvae at 4dpf were used to extract total RNA from nlrc3l st73 heterozyous/wt animals and nlrc3l st73 homozygous mutants that were sorted based on microglia phenotype using neutral red staining.
