Title scRNA-seq of tailbud development in zebrafish

Summary We have performed single-cell RNA-seq of whole tailbuds in WT zebrafish at 16 hours post fertilization (hpf).
 
Overall design Single cells were captured via 10X Chromium platform at 16 hpf from whole tailbuds.
