Summary A total of 30 differential genes were callbacked in colon tumor samples after AC(Astragalus zedoary extract) treatment.
 
Overall design Colon tumors were induced by injecting CT26 cells into syngeneic BALB/c mice
9 Samples in total; 3 samples per condition (Sham, model and AC treated), the colon tumor samples were isolated and transcriptomics testing was performed
