Title Transcriptome analysis of human induced liver cancer-forming cells (iLCCs) , HepG2 cells, Huh6 cells, Huh7 cells, and HuCCT1 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We found that a set of six transcription factors, FOXA3, HNF1A, HNF1B, LIN28B, L-MYC, and KLF5, can induce direct conversion of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) into liver cancer-forming cells (LCCs). These induced LCCs (iLCCs) efficiently arise tumors that closely resemble human combined hepatocellular cholangiocarcinoma after transplantation. We conducted 3' untranslated region (UTR)-seq (RNA-seq) analyses to investigate the characteristincs of iLCCs, HepG2 cells, Huh6 cells, Huh7 cells, and HuCCT1 cells.

Overall design 3' UTR-Seq analyses for HUVEC-derived iLCCs (iLCC196-12, iLCC196-9, and iLCC195-10), HepG2s (HepG2-1 and HepG2-2), Huh6, Huh7, and HuCCT-1s (HuCCT1-1 and HuCCT1-2).
