Title Global investigation by TAILseq of mRNA 3' ends in Arabidopsis thaliana flowers
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To estimate mRNA uridylation levels at a transcriptome-wide level, TAIL-seq libraries were generated for three biological replicates of Col-0 plants.

Overall design TAILseq method (Chang et al. 2014, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.molcel.2014.02.007) was used to measure poly(A) tail sizes and analyze uridylation levels.
