Title MNase-seq analyses with TFDP1 knockout eHAP cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary A genome-wide screening identified effector genes of chromatin accessibility. To investigate the functional consequences of the loss of each effector gene, we conducted Mnase-seq with eHAP cells knocked out for TFDP1.

Overall design MNase-seq with spike-in control
