Title |
Assessment of the effect of RNase A-treated Enterococcus feacalis strain EC-12(EC-12) or untreated EC-12 on transcriptome profiles in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Whole blood was collected from healthy adult and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated. PBMCs were cultured in medium or stimulated with RNase treated EC-12 or untreated EC-12 for 6hours. Then transcriptome profiles in PBMC were obtained.

|
Overall design |
Comparison: control PBMC (medium) vs PBMC situmulated with untreated EC-12, and control PBMC vs PBMC situmulated with RNase-treated EC-12, PBMC stimulated with untreated EC-12 vs PBMC stimualted with RNase treated EC-12. Biological replicates; 3 donors; 2 control(medium), 3 untreated EC-12, 3 RNase-treated EC-12.
