Title |
MicV, VrrA sRNA target identification |
Organism |
Vibrio cholerae C6706 |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In this study we determined the target spectra of the MicV and VrrA sRNAs via pulse-expression followed by RNA-sequencing.
|
|
|
Overall design |
mRNA profiles of V.cholerae ΔmicV ΔvrrA strains carrying pBAD-ctr (empty vector control), pBAD-micV or pBAD-vrrA (inducible sRNA expression vectors). The bacteria were grown to early stationary phase, expression of the sRNAs was induced by addition of L-arabinose, and RNA-samples were taken 10minutes after induction. Three indepent biological replicates for each condition are provided.
