Title MicV, VrrA sRNA target identification
Organism Vibrio cholerae C6706
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study we determined the target spectra of the MicV and VrrA sRNAs via pulse-expression followed by RNA-sequencing.

Overall design mRNA profiles of V.cholerae ΔmicV ΔvrrA strains carrying pBAD-ctr (empty vector control), pBAD-micV or pBAD-vrrA (inducible sRNA expression vectors). The bacteria were grown to early stationary phase, expression of the sRNAs was induced by addition of L-arabinose, and RNA-samples were taken 10minutes after induction. Three indepent biological replicates for each condition are provided.
