Title Calorie restriction regulates translation to regulate metabolism in mouse liver

Summary Using next generation sequencing, we report transcripts that are differentially associated in the mouse liver polysomes under calorie restriction.
 
Overall design 2 month old animals were put under 30% calorie restricted diet for three months. Control animals were fed ad libitum. Liver tissues were harvested at 6 time points across the day and polysome profiling was performed. Rna extracted from polysome fractions were assayed using next generation sequencing.
