Overall design WT MII oocyte, WT zygotes, Zar1-/- MII oocyte, Zar1-/- zygotes,WT 2 cell embryo,spindle transfer 2 cell embryo, polar body transfer 2 cell embryo and pronuclear transfer 2 cell embryo are performed RNA sequencing.
