Title Transcriptomic analysis of HCT116 cells cultured under different oxygen conditions
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To explore the molecular basis of hypoxic response, we analyzed gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells cultured under different oxygen conditions with or without inhibition of P53 signaling or fatty acid b oxidation (FAO).

Overall design HCT116 cells were cultured normoxically or hypoxically with or without pharmacological inhibition of P53 signaling or fatty acid b oxidation (FAO) and then subjected to transcriptomic analysis.
