Summary |
To explore the molecular basis of hypoxic response, we analyzed gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells cultured under different oxygen conditions with or without inhibition of P53 signaling or fatty acid b oxidation (FAO).

HCT116 cells were cultured normoxically or hypoxically with or without pharmacological inhibition of P53 signaling or fatty acid b oxidation (FAO) and then subjected to transcriptomic analysis.
