Title Genome-wide biding assay of GTL1 and DF1

Summary We performed a chromatin immunoprecipitation-based microarray experiment (ChIP chip) in order to identify GTL1 and DF1 direct target genes
 
Overall design GTL1 and DF1 ChIP was performed with a GFP antibody for two independent biological replicates for each genotype. On each array of GTL1/DF1 and control samples were hybridized in different colors. Moreover, a dye swap was perfomed.
