Description A dataset of 119,780 quality-filtered unigenes were submitted for probe design and production of the high-density microarray. One oligoprobe was selected for each sequence, based on highest hybridization specicifity. The Medtr_v1.0 chip contains a total of 102,123 predicted coding genes, transposons and microRNA genes. Annotation is based on the Mt3.5.1 version.
