Host-Microbial interactions in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

(Submitter supplied) Changes in the respiratory microbiome are associated with disease progression in Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The role of the host response to the respiratory microbiome however remains unknown. The role of this study is to explore the host-microbial interaction in IPF.
