To test the effect of the changes that were made to the revised package, the current food package amounts and redemption rates were held constant, changing only the food amounts and redemption rates of the food or foods in the category being tested.
The revised food package redemption rate is applied in each test, unless otherwise indicated.
Results are presented in Chapter 8.
