Jurkat cells were grown in RPMI medium containing 10% FBS (fetal bovine serum) . Cells were stably transduced with either a MSCVneo vector or MSCVneo expressing a 4-Hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT)-inducible K13-ER-TAM.
