Soils were collected from a dominant native grass (Chionochloa macra) and two invasive hawkweeds (Hieracium lepidulum, Pilosella officinarum) in a New Zealand grassland, then heated to 30, 45 and 60 degres Celsius.AM fungal communities were targeted sequencing the 18S rRNA or SSU with primers WANDA/AML2 and sequenced with Illumina MiSeq PE300. Only forward sequences were analyzed and are uploaded here.
